Brotherly Sole: Hassle-Free Returns!

We want you to love your Brotherly Sole gear, but if something isn't quite right, we've got you covered with a 30-day Happiness Guarantee policy. Here's the scoop:

Returns from our website are eligible for:

  • Full refund to your original payment method (minus shipping)
  • Site credit for the full purchase price

    Heads up, these items can't be returned:

    • Purchased after 30 days.
    • In a condition that can't be resold (see above).
    • From Mystery Packs/Boxes or the Clearance Section.
    • Bought at a festival, event, or pop-up shop ( these items can be exchanged )

    Exchanges:

    • Need a different size ? We got you covered, just reach out to us to initiate the exchange at hello@brotherlysole.com

      If you'd prefer to exchange for a different item altogether, we recommend returning your original purchase through our standard return process (see "Returns" section) and placing a new order for the desired item.

    • Festivals, Events, Pop-Up Shops: While items from these locations can't be returned, you can exchange them for a different size or item (subject to availability) within 30 days with receipt.

    Just make sure your return/exchange meets the following criteria:

    • Returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
    • Unopened, unworn, and in original condition (no stains, pet hair, smells, wear, or washing).

    Here's what to expect:

    • Allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.
    • You'll get an email confirmation once approved.
    • Refunds take 3-5 business days to reach your account.

    Reporting an Issue:

    • Damaged/Defective Items, Wrong Items, Missing Items: Report within 7 days of delivery.
    • Quality Concerns: Let us know within 90 days of delivery.
