SHIPPING

Brotherly Sole™ aims to ship out your order as quickly as possible. 

Many items ship same or next day[ not including weekends], however due to large influxes of orders we often receive, it may take 5-7 business days to ship your order. We appreciate your patience and always do our best to ship as quickly as possible.

Typically, if your order was placed by 5pm est Monday through Thursday it will be shipped within the same day or next day, however at times it may take 5-7 days to ship. If your order was placed on Friday, the order will likely ship the following monday. You will receive an e-mail confirming your order has shipped.

Preorders will always be communicated with a timetable and if any delays popup, we will be sure to let you know [hardly ever]. As soon as preorders are received, your order will be shipped immediately. 

Exclusive pieces, limited drops, and other one-off collections may take longer than 3-5 days to ship, however this is rare. We appreciate your patience!

 

Please ensure you report an issue within the respective deadlines:

  • Damaged: Within 7 days of when the package was delivered
  • Defective: Within 7 days of when the package was delivered
  • Wrong Items: Within 7 days of when the package was delivered
  • Missing: Within 7 days of when the package was delivered
  • Quality: Within 90 days of when the package was delivered

 RETURN POLICY

Items purchased directly from our website may be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment for a full refund to the original form of payment or store credit for the full price of the item(s). The item(s) must be unopened, unworn, and without any visible damage.

The total amount refunded will be credited to your payment method that was used at the time of purchase (minus shipping and handling) or as store credit once the package arrives at our facility and the item(s) are inspected.

Items that are ineligible for a refund:

• Returned after 30 days from the day of shipment

• Condition of product is unsatisfactory to be resold (stains, pet hair, unpleasant scent, worn, washed)

• Items sold in Mystery Packs/Boxes or Clearance Section

• Items purchased on-site at a festival or event (including pop up shops)

Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be verified. You will receive an email confirmation once it has been approved. From there, your refund will take anywhere from 3-5 business days to be back in your account.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping postage simply covers the cost of transporting and delivering your parcel.  BLY SOLE does not charge any applicable duties and taxes imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. This is the responsibility of the customer. There are different costs per destination, but we strive to keep the charges as minimal as possible. Duties (or Customs Tariffs)are set by the destination country customs authorities and determined based on a combination of country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise. International taxes (such as value added, tax, or vat) are set by the destination country.
